A night of cheese and beer!  Gary Sillence (Head Brewer, Brighton Bier) and Patrick McGuigan (one of the UK’s top cheese writers and one of the founders of Brighton’s “Best Restaurant” awards) will guide you through a carefully selected pairing of 5 cheeses and 5 beers.  A great opportunity to learn more about cheese and beer with two local experts.

Discover why these fermentative brothers-in-arms are a better match than cheese and wine, learn how to taste like a pro, and try some of the best new British cheeses expertly matched with cutting edge craft beers.

Please note, most of the cheeses will be raw milk and made with traditional rennet.
