Sussex brewers, Franklins, team up with their friends at the Real Junk Food Project and Bagelman to host a live brew and seminar focussing on food waste reduction and sustainability. The event will centre around a live nanobrew of a batch of Franklins collaboration brew, Optimist – a beer brewed with surplus bagels. You will help design the recipe and take part in the brew whilst engaging in discussion and enjoying some food and beer. And you’ll get some of the very special beer as soon as it’s ready!

Tickets are very limited so book soon!
