From tap takeovers to talks, food pairings to music matches, Brighton & Hove Beer Week really does have something for every kind of beer lover!

Although some individual events are ticketed, most of them are not, and you don’t need a wristband, lanyard or beer tokens – just get out there and explore this city of beer!

Throughout Brighton & Hove Beer Week, The Brunswick’s in-house kitchen ‘Sussex Eats’ will run a special menu. Check the specials board to find dishes made with Sussex beers in the recipe.

Bedlam brew consistently good, often very sessionable, brews in the heart of the Sussex Downs. They recently won four gold medals at the SIBA South East Independent Beer Awards. And, what’s more, they’re lovely people.

Come along, try some of their beers, and meet the brewers who make them.

A night of cheese and beer!  Gary Sillence (Head Brewer, Brighton Bier) and Patrick McGuigan (one of the UK’s top cheese writers and one of the founders of Brighton’s “Best Restaurant” awards) will guide you through a carefully selected pairing of 5 cheeses and 5 beers.  A great opportunity to learn more about cheese and beer with two local experts.

Discover why these fermentative brothers-in-arms are a better match than cheese and wine, learn how to taste like a pro, and try some of the best new British cheeses expertly matched with cutting edge craft beers.

Please note, most of the cheeses will be raw milk and made with traditional rennet.
