It’s not only about the grain in Brighton & Hove Beer Week – we like to celebrate the humble apple too! And, we’re in luck because the Hand in Hand’s annual cider festival returns as part of Brighton & Hove Beer Week featuring:

Saturday 1 September – fruit & vegetable competitions, welly wanging, cheese rolling and local folk bands

Sunday 2 September – the return of the apple pie competition judged by King Apple Head himself, plus a charity BBQ, and Sunday night jazz from 8pm

Sussex cider will take centre stage, but – as Hand Brew Co. is based on the premises – there will no doubt be plenty of beer to choose from too!
